By accessing or using Trucker Help (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TruckerHelp is open to anyone. You can browse the map and restaurant listings without creating an account. Route building is available only in the TruckerHelp Telegram Mini App. Signing in with Telegram is required for account features such as calling a restaurant from the app, writing or reporting reviews, and suggesting a restaurant. Browsing the map, restaurant details, navigation links, and language selection do not require signing in.
TruckerHelp helps drivers find halal food locations, view them on a map, and open directions in the maps app of their choice. In the TruckerHelp Telegram Mini App, it can also show locations along a route you build; this route-building feature is not part of the standalone iOS app. The map is powered by Apple MapKit. TruckerHelp is provided as a free, informational tool.
To write or edit a review, you sign in through your Telegram account. When you do, we store your Telegram user ID, username, and first name so we can attribute your reviews to you and prevent abuse. You can sign out at any time from the app menu. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is handled.
Restaurant names, addresses, phone numbers, hours, and other details are provided for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Reviews are written by users of the Service, not by TruckerHelp, and reflect the opinions of their authors.
You agree not to submit reviews or other content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others. TruckerHelp may moderate, hide, or remove any review or content, and may restrict or suspend a user's ability to post, at its discretion, including for content that violates these Terms.
User Content. You retain ownership of reviews and suggestions you submit. By submitting them, you grant TruckerHelp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content in connection with operating the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe the rights of others. If you delete a review it is removed from public display; if you delete your account, your reviews are permanently deleted.
To submit a restaurant suggestion you must first sign in with Telegram. The form collects information about the restaurant you are suggesting (its name, address, phone number, hours, and an optional note). We use that information to evaluate the submission and consider adding or updating restaurant information in TruckerHelp, and the submission is associated with your Telegram user ID so we can follow up if needed.
Routes, directions, and restaurant information shown in the Service may be inaccurate or outdated. TruckerHelp is not a substitute for official road signs, posted legal restrictions, or your own truck's height, weight, and clearance limits. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable traffic laws, road signs, vehicle restrictions, and for driving safely. Always verify directions and restaurant details before making a trip decision.
TruckerHelp uses or links to third-party services, including Apple MapKit / Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze, and Telegram, to display maps and provide navigation and sign-in features. These services are operated independently of TruckerHelp and are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. When you open one of these services from within TruckerHelp, your use of that service is governed by its own terms, not ours.
The TruckerHelp name, app, and its original content (excluding user-submitted reviews and third-party map data) are the property of TruckerHelp's operator. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute content from the Service without permission.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service, including the ability to post reviews, at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that restaurant information, reviews, or routes are accurate, complete, or current.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TruckerHelp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, or route or restaurant information relied upon from the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, and forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
